Like the idea of a “Big Block” edgegrain cutting board but would rather have one that’s edgegrain? Here you can select exactly that in your preferred size and wood variety without the hassle of an extensive email conversation (though if you need one in dimensions not listed please feel free to reach out).
The “Big Block” edgegrain cutting board is one of our first cutting board styles. Constructed from lumber approximately 2″ square these boards are comprised of pieces a fair bit larger than commonly seen on your average edgegrain board hence their title.
Available in sizes 10″x 12″ through 12″x 22″ approximately 2″ thick in maple, walnut, cherry, purpleheart, padauk, osage orange, or any combination thereof.
Each board receives a minimum of 5 coats of food grade mineral oil before being finished with a coat of food grade beeswax.
Each custom board is produced on a “made to order” basis with a 4-8 week lead time.
Please indicate in the order note if you would like rubber feet installed on your board. They will ship without feet if no preference is stated.
